Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return or exchange eligible items in accordance with the terms below.
- Return window: Eligible accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original retail packaging with all components (e.g., spare screws, seals, instructions). For hygiene and safety reasons, used stoppers, aerators, pourers or glassware cannot be accepted unless defective.
- Proof of purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or invoice is required.
- Non-returnable: Gift cards, custom-engraved items, personalized boxes, and clearance items marked “final sale”.
- Damaged/defective on arrival: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
- Process: Request an RMA before shipping items back. Unapproved returns may be refused.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and adequate packaging to prevent transit damage.
